Nature, Arts & Mind:

A Leadership Vision for Restoring Deep Human Capacities for Flourishing through Ecological Belonging

Research & Participatory Innovation

Rewilding: Lab is a research-driven practice exploring the intersections of nature, the arts, and mind-body practices for human wellbeing and regenerative futures.

My recent and ongoing projects include:

  • Investigating psychological and sensory dimensions of human rewilding

  • Exploring the rewilding of futures and applications including speculative design

  • Designing symbolic and participatory art installations (e.g., Wild Twins) that invite individuals and communities to reflect on their relationship with nature, embodiment, and multispecies belonging

  • Contributing to broader academic and applied conversations on how reconnecting with nature supports cognitive resilience, emotional health, and ecological awareness

This research informs the integrative practices and workshops I offer, ensuring that each experience is grounded in evidence, innovation, and deep cultural meaning.

ReWilding: Lab Offerings

Rewilding: Lab serves as both a research studio and an immersive wellness space, offering:

  • Individual and small group sessions

  • Guided nature-based journeys and workshops

  • Customized rewilding practices

  • Integrative wellness consultations for leaders and organizations seeking regenerative models of well-being

Why It Matters

As we move deeper into the AI era, human flourishing will depend on more than cognitive speed or technological adaptation — it will require sensory, emotional, and ecological resilience.
My work helps people and organizations restore coherence between mind, body, community, and place — supporting whole health and long-term well-being.

My whole health work integrates:

  • Nature-based approaches / Ecotherapy/ Embodied practices

  • The arts, neuroarts

  • Mind-body practices

  • Ritual, embodiment, and symbolic reconnection

Core Frameworks: Tools for Systems-Level Impact

A longterm whole health advocate and practitioner, I began exploring the application of principles from conservation rewilding to human health and wellbeing after COVID-19.

  • Human Rewilding → An integrative approach to whole-health placing ecological connection at the center of health and wellness.

  • Rewilding Futures Methodology → A regenerative systems approach restoring ecological imagination and symbolic coherence in human-centered design.
